​Our new adult dance class is catered for adults 35+ who enjoy dancing but may have to dust off their dancing shoes a bit.  The aim of this class would be to bring together musical lovers to have a weekly boogie, to boost confidence and enjoyment in dance again.
This type of class is ideal to keep fit and connect with new and old friends.  Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience in dance, this class is for you!
