MSPA teaches a variety of Dance Classes in Skerries. Dance helps students build up their self-confidence and co-ordination. It is also a great way to keep fit while having fun.

Val Spain & Tony Moran Our daughter has been attending classes in MSPA since she was 4 years old, and she enjoys it immensely. Her confidence alone has grown so much. She has made firm friends & she has learnt so many important skills by being part of such a lovely group. She cheers on the success of her friends & encourages them when they need it, and she receives the same in return. She has had the opportunity to be involved in many shows in an array of local theatres, which has always been an incredible experience. We would highly recommend the classes in MSPA. Karen Ferguson Hannah has been with MSPA for 7 years and continues to love being part of this amazing school. Getting the opportunity to express herself in a welcoming group and be creative through musical theatre and drama has helped develop her abilities hugely. She has gained the most unforgettable experiences through performing in the many amazing shows MPSA have creatived. No matter how big or small the performance, they truly have been incredible and inclusive of every child. It's a great testament to the teachers in MSPA that Hannah's passion and confidence for musical theatre, drama, dance and singing continues to grow. We are so lucky to be part of the MSPA family and have them on our doorstep. Hannah has made friends for life and we're extremely grateful to have award winning and active performing teachers training our kids. Can't wait to see what MSPA have in store for our kids!! |

Claire O'Brien Having been a part of the MSPA family for 14 years, I remember them so fondly. I have the best memories and ones that I will forever cherish. I was given so many opportunities which helped me improve and grow into the performer that I am today. The classes are so much fun and they were the highlight of my Saturdays for so many years. The encouragement that I was given by all of the teachers over the years gave me such confidence, which I was then able to transfer into all other aspects of my life. Having gone on to study Drama in college, I owe so much to MSPA and cannot thank them enough for all they have given me. Clodagh Finnegan I have been with MSPA for 9 years and I have absolutely loved every second of it. Not only do they offer classes taught by incredibly talented teachers, but they offer a community where everyone is accepted. MSPA has helped me grow with confidence and self-expression and also to grow and improve as a performer. Just the thoughts of Saturdays in MSPA fills me with excitement each week. I am so thankful to be a part of MSPA, they are my family to me and I love them so so much. Doireann McAuley MSPA was and is still such an important part of my life. I grew up singing, dancing and acting in this stage school since the age of 4 and I can't imagine having grown up around a nicer group of teachers and students whilst doing what I loved. MSPA provided an outlet for my love of theatre that I honestly feel I would have been lost without it growing up. The skills that I took home everyday from classes expanded far beyond those in performance. My person developed greatly with regards to my social skills, self-confidence, self-esteen and goal oriented mindset. Not to mention all the amazing friendships and bonds that I made among staff and students thoughout various shows, rehearsals and classes. I cannot highlight enough the value that came with attending MSPA nor can I recommend it enough for a young person. MSPA also provided me with so many performance opportunities both professional and amateur which further built upon my skills onstage. Whilst I was sad to partake in my last show with MSPA in October 2022, I am delighted to be coming on board the teaching staff in September to teach both drama and tap. It means so much that I can continue to work alongside my MSPA family and keep up my passion. |

Kate Hussey When I joined MSPA at 6, I was not a very confident girl. I was scared to speak up and express my opinion. Spending my Saturdays at MSPA was the highlight of my week and slowly my confidence grew. MSPA helped me find my passion to pursue the performing arts, especially singing, and appearing in shows with MSPA, my passion for singing, dancing and acting only grew more. The friends that I've made are life long, they are my family and the bond we have is like no other relationship. Having a support group and people to fall back on in MSPA has helped me through difficult times. As well as my friends, MSPA have an amazing team of teachers, all the teachers truly care and are always so supportive. I know for a fact that I am who I am today because of MSPA and I am and always will be eternally grateful to MSPA. Hannah Ferguson I've been apart of the MSPA family for 7 years and I've made the most amazing friendships during that time. Not only has it helped me improve my dance technique, but it has improved my social skills and helped me gain a true love for dance. The teachers are so friendly to be around and everyone is always happy to be in class. MSPA is always my favourite part of my week and the time I most look forward to because it's such a fun and positive environment to be in. I have so much love for everyone in MSPA and I'm beyond thankful for all the memories they have created for me over the years. Toni Noble I've been an MSPA student for 9 years, and it has had an incredible impact on my life, helping me grow into who I am today. The constant support and encouragement from the teachers has helped me become more confident in myself and as a performer. The friendships and memories I've made at MSPA are ones that will last me a lifetime. From classes to rehearsals and then to performing on stage, I cherish every moment. The talented people I've been lucky enough to perform with, have become a second family to me and a support system to always rely on. I will always be grateful to MSPA for welcoming me into this amazing family and for helping me grow as a performer in all aspects. |
